Admin Matters

• Pupils will be having their Picture Description and Guided Conversation Assessment starting this coming Monday (7th October).
• We will be finishing chapter 15, last chapter in the 1B text book by next week. We will also be doing revision for 看图写话 and the year end review starting next week.
  
• A Happy Children's Day to the pupils of 1 Enthusiasm! : )

No remedial for Week 4.

2 Parent Volunteers Needed for Lower Primary Sports Day

Dear Parents,

1E is in need of two parent volunteers to help in maintaining discipline while Ms Shikin is doing her duty during the Lower Primary Sports Day. The 'job scope' is as follows:

• Ensure that pupils in the class are not walking around or leaving the hall without permission.
• Ensure that the participants are lined in an orderly manner.
• Ensure that pupils are behaving to their best ability. (They are able to shout & cheer for their class though.)

PVs are to be in the hall by 9.30am. The pupils will be having their recess till 9.30am and I will be bringing them up to the hall.

• There will be not be 听写（十四）this coming Thursday, 03/10 as there will be Lower Primary Sports day that day.
  
• There will be a Chinese reading record assessment next week. (I have given the pupils a new sheet of sentence reading practice for chapters 9-13 as a revision material. Do guide your child to read the passages in the text books as a practice to familiarize with the Chinese characters learnt and the fluency of his/her reading)
  
• I have returned the 看图写话（六）to the pupils, will need you to sign against your child's work and review on his/her progress for 看图写话.
  
• I have sent an email to all parents to provide an outline to the format of the various assessment coming up in this Term.
