温馨提醒/Gentle Reminders

  • As there will be a Chinese test for the class next Wednesday, the final spelling for this term (汉语拼音8-9) will be conducted on Week 10, 14th March.
  • I will be returning the Chinese files to the children for their revision and your reference tomorrow. I will also be returning the activity book (活动本)and spelling book.
  • The pupils will be tested on the content from 汉语拼音 1-汉语拼音 7. They will need to be able to recognise the pronounciation of the various 韵母(eg. a, o, e, ie, ao, ou etc.) and 声母(eg. b, p, m, f, zh, ch, sh, r etc.) from the chapters, and be able to write out the hanyu pinyin for the Chinese Characters in the “我会认” section of the chapters. Lastly they will also need to be able to read and understand sentences written in hanyu pinyin. (I will be giving them an exercise on this section as a practice)
